Every employee and consultant at Evergreen Re has been trained, tested and certified for compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Additionally, as part of our ongoing commitment to protect our clients and their members' rights to privacy and safeguard the clinical information contained in the protected health information, we have business associate agreements with our clients and prospects.  We also require our employees to participate in HIPPA training annually.
