Evergreen Re had a banner 2005, growing by more than 40 per cent. To us having the greatest year ever means 98.5 per cent of all our existing clients renewed or have retained us as their reinsurance broker. We also have added more than 50 new clients, including a growing number of health plans which have chosen our pharmacy consultancy, Evergreen Rx to help them manage their PBM contracts and relationships.

We are especially proud to have received an exclusive endorsement for Evergreen Rx from the nation’s premier health insurance association, America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). As an AHIP Solutions Partner, Evergreen Rx is poised to continue to grow as more attention is focused on the cost of prescription drugs and the implementation of the new Medicare Part D program.

I believe our continued development of analytics to help clients predict their reinsurance results, our ability to recruit great talent, our commitment to expand into new areas to meet the needs of our managed care clients and our delivery of exceptional service have all contributed to spectacular results.
