Curtis
Beharry Named VP of Client Services
Evergreen Re has named Curtis Beharry as Vice President
of Client Services. Beharry brings more than 19 years
of managed care reinsurance and employer stop loss cost
management and processing experience to the firm. His
extensive knowledge of the utilization and configuration
of claims processing systems, including the designing
of unique specialty programs to help clients reduce
costs, will provide even greater depth to the company’s
client services and insurance administration departments.
According to Charles Crispin, President and CEO of
Evergreen Re, “Curtis has been working with managed
care organizations and large self-funded employers since
the 1980s, analyzing data, evaluating claims experience
and instituting cost-containment programs.”
Formerly Director of Account Services at Risk Based
Solutions, Beharry also served as Operations Director
for John Alden Life Insurance, and Claims Manager for
CBAI/CAC Ramsey in Miami. Beharry will be based at the
firm’s headquarters in Stuart, FL.
Mike Bible Named Account Executive
Mike Bible is Evergreen Re’s Account Executive
in charge of new business development. Bible has more
than 12 years in sales and marketing experience, with
a strong emphasis on client relations and customer service.
During the past few years, Bible has been dedicated
to enhancing research in the area of critical disease.
He was formerly Director of Development and Primary
Fundraiser for the City of Hope National Medical Center
in Los Angeles, CA, raising millions of dollars in capital
for ongoing research.
His strong ability to relate to people
at all levels of business allows Bible to create and
maintain long-term business relationships across all
lines of business for Evergreen Re. Formerly a professional
baseball player with the Houston Astros, Florida Marlins
and Chicago White Sox from 1989-1991, Mike graduated
at the top of his class at Northwest Missouri State
University.
