Carol Ann Folkman Joins Growing Evergreen Rx Practice

Evergreen Rx, the pharmacy practice of Evergreen Re announced the appointment of Carol Ann Folkman to Senior Pharmacy Consultant. A recognized leader in the pharmaceutical field with extensive experience with managed care organizations, Carol Ann will be working from the firm’s newly opened Chicago, Illinois office.

Carol Ann comes to Evergreen Rx with more than 10 years of experience managing, marketing and selling retail pharmacy products and services -- including specialty pharmaceuticals and supportive Medicare services -- to managed care organizations and large employer groups and coalitions.

Formerly Sales Manager for Managed Care Sales West for Walgreens Co., Carol Ann also served as Regional Sales Manager and National Account Executive for Caremark, Inc. A graduate of the University of Toledo, and Ursuline College, Carol Ann received a Masters in Business Administration from Tiffin University, Tiffin, Ohio.
