Evergreen Re Appoints Dave Kalb to Head Minnesota Operation

STUART, FL – Evergreen Re, a national healthcare reinsurance and medical risk brokerage firm, announced today the appointment of Dave Kalb to Vice President in charge of the company’s new Minnesota office.

Kalb brings more than 18 years of managed care reinsurance and analytical expertise to the firm.
